Who we are
Apex Closers Ltd ("Apex Closers", "we", "us", "our") operates a high-ticket sales-closing marketplace at apexclosers.biz that helps founders and businesses find, engage, and hire professional closers on a commission basis, and helps closers find and win high-ticket closing roles.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash, role); profiles you create (closer profiles, client offer profiles, closing scripts); leads and prospect data you add or that our sourcing tools discover from legitimate public sources; marketplace activity (matches, messages, calls, deals, appointments, invoices, contracts, reviews); and usage/log data needed to operate and secure the service.
Google account data & Google Calendar
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request the Google Calendar scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar) using Google OAuth 2.0. With your explicit consent we: (a) create and update calendar events for the calls you book on Apex Closers (including a Google Meet link, attendees and reminders); and (b) read your calendar's free/busy availability so clients are only shown times you are open. We store the OAuth refresh/access tokens and the connected Google account email securely, solely to provide these features. We do NOT read the contents of your existing events, and we never sell or transfer Google user data. You can disconnect at any time from the Calendar page in the app, or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use disclosure (Google API Services)
Apex Closers' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing calendar features described above; it is not used for advertising, not sold, not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law, and not accessed by humans unless you give explicit consent, it is required for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymised.
How we use your information
To provide and improve the platform: vetting and matching, generating outreach and closing scripts, running in-app messaging and booking calls to your calendar, tracking commissions, and producing contracts and invoices. We use AI providers to generate scores, messages and scripts based on the data you supply.
Third-party services & connected accounts
We use Google (OAuth, Google Calendar, and Google Gemini via a managed key) for calendar features and AI generation, legitimate public-source discovery tools for optional lead sourcing when you enable it, and an email provider for transactional and outreach emails you initiate. Each provider processes only the data necessary to perform the requested action, under its own terms and privacy policy. Connecting any third-party account is optional and initiated by you.
Outreach & messaging
When you connect an outreach channel or send emails via the platform, messages are sent on your behalf and are subject to that provider's rate limits and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws (including anti-spam regulations such as CAN-SPAM/GDPR) and platform terms.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only: with the service providers above to operate the platform; between a matched client and closer to the extent needed to book calls, hire and work together; and where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Google OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect your calendar or delete your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, OAuth tokens are stored server-side and access to admin features is role-restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, disconnect any connected account, and withdraw consent for optional processing, subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).
Children
Apex Closers is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notified in-app or by email.
